UPDATE!
Memory management update to allow users to clear their cached data, and automatically manage memory usage moving forward. After growing our app and adding capabilities it became critical to manage data usage for our users. We now handle, inspection reports, photos, project documents, and much more!
Our photo loading has been drastically improved.
Site Specs checklists allow for file attachments so you can link documents to any SAFETY, QUALITY, or PRODUCTION inspection form you customize for your projects. In addition to our automatic weather reporting, geo-tagging and mapping features, this makes documenting progress easier and simpler than ever.
We have made many backend improvements that speed download/upload times. We have added more search and filtering throughout the app including notifications. As always, we have addressed as many user-reported bugs as possible and appreciate all your feedback.

Document scanner has been updated to handle all connectivity conditions! You can scan any document directly to your project folders using your phone. Site Specs automatically crops and flattens document scans for high quality. Perfect for paperwork collected onsite.

UPDATE!
Our document management system just keeps getting better. In addition to our document scanner that auto-crops and files your documents, we added document attachments and dynamic question types to our totally customizable checklists. Now users can attach any document type to checklists as well as choose from dynamically changing choices based on project conditions. Our document management system got a whole lot better. We added a document scanner that auto-crops and files your documents for you directly from your mobile device. Another project management task we automate for you.

Allow me to reintroduce myself... My name is Site Specs
We have completely redeveloped our interface to a more reliable, secure, and even more intuitive interface with additional features to simplify and automate your daily reporting for property/construction management.
One major update is the new Project Folders for you to manage and share project documents on our cloud so your office can easily share any document with your users in the field. Plus, we automate administration of your project documents. Any checklist completed in Site Specs is automatically filed in whatever folder you designate.
We have added integrations to several accounting, contracting, and project management softwares to further automate data aggregation for our clients.
Site Specs continues to deploy the best algorithms for object and text recognition as well as search to not only improve your company's input of data, but also optimize the output of your data.
